As the weather starts to turn, just slightly, here in Southern California and summer slowly becomes fall, I like to hold workshops that reflect the season, just a bit. Join us for a workshop where you will dive into more juicy fabric than you can imagine, as I offer up the vintage, the special, the lovely, the cotton, the linen and the silk, all for your slow stitching pleasure. We won't be using machines but turning our minds and our hands towards an improvisational panel that is created stitch by stitch. An afternoon spent with like-minded creatives, all focused on this meditative stitching is a fabulous kind of Sunday!

All materials provided as part of the days work.

As with all workshops I teach, if you have personal materials you'd like to incorporate or share, do please bring them along. You may want to bring your own thimble, if you like the way it fits!

We can comfortably accommodate six students for each workshop - click on the link to purchase and reserve your seat.

All workshops are held in the Meng & Mahar Studio Space located in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. Click here for the address, directions , a map and parking information.
