Our building (the Spring Arts Tower) is located in the Historic Core neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles on the corner of Spring Street and 5th Street - both of which are one-way streets - Spring runs south and 5th runs west.  The entrance is on Spring Street - take the lobby elevators to the 11th floor and we are in Suite 1112.  The Last Bookstore is on the ground floor of our building.

 

DIRECTIONS

 

• From the 110 N or S, get off at 4th St.  Turn right on Spring and we are on the next corner.

 

• From the 101 N, get off at North Spring Street.  Turn right on Spring, and we are on the corner of 5th and Spring.

 

• From the 101 S, get off at Broadway.  Turn left on 4th St.  Turn right on Spring. 

 

PARKING

 

There is metered street parking on both sides of Spring Street in front of our building and just around the corner on 5th Street as well.  Due to downtown’s anti-gridlock measures, many of the streets have no parking during afternoon/evening rush hour. Please check signs for restrictions to avoid towing.  Street parking is free after 6pm or 7pm (depending on street) and on Sundays.  Please note that the Historic Core's Sunday Farmers Market takes place each Sunday from 9am to 2pm on 5th Street between Spring & Broadway, right alongside our building.

 

There are two open-air pay lots on the corner of 4th and Spring, one block from us. Prices vary from $5-$10 depending on the day/time - typically most lots charge a $6 flat rate on Sundays.  There is also an enclosed multi-level pay lot mid-way on Spring between 4th and 5th.  Most lots accept both credit cards and cash - but it's always a good idea to have cash on hand.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

 

SUBWAY: The Pershing Square station is a Metro subway stop for the Red and Purple Lines - and it's just two blocks from us. Exit the station on the Pershing Square side and walk two blocks south on 5th Street (cross Broadway) to the corner of 5th & Spring - we’re located on the northwest corner.

 

BUS: There are several bus lines that stop very near our building.
